I’ve got the free tickets from your site but I’m worried about getting there and them not accepting the printed tickets. Are they definitely valid?

I’ve downloaded a few for friends but they’re a bit concerned they won’t be able to use them to get in and as there’s a 2-4-1 offer online they’re thinking of buying them instead…

So I’ve paid for tickets that they are now giving away for free? Is that right and if so are they giving refunds to those who have paid?

As I understand it they have given some tickets away to raise awareness through local food bloggers, not sure of the policy of the organisers, hope you enjoyed the festival all the same and tried some great food & drink.
