The Yorkshire Dales Food Podcast – FreshFood

During the summer Ian Smith and I have run a small Foodie Feature on our local radio station Fresh Radio, you can catch us on the Steve Joy Afternoon Drive Show, Wednesday afternoons between 2pm and 3pm.

As we have the occasional guest in the studio we have been recording material for a series of pod-casts including interviews with chefs, food producers and suppliers.  We even venture out for the odd outside broadcast including tastings, sausage making and wild food foraging.

The podcast includes our foodie ramblings about new foods, tastes, recipes, ours & the guests experiences, from butchery and sausages to seasonal foods, foraging, vegetable gardens, grow your own, chef talk and interviews with chefs, local suppliers, producers, chefs and farmers.

The Yorkshire Dales Food Podcast FreshFood is produced in conjunction with Fresh Radio and you can find more information on the Fresh Radio Website with the facility to Listen Again or you can download or subscribe on iTunes.
