The excellent Kilnsey Park Trout Farm, smokehouse, fishing, nature trail and tearoom have recently started stocking Yorkshire Chorizo and they have also incorporated the Chorizo into the fishcakes they sell, or should we call them troutcakes! Delicious they are too, I served them simply fried in butter with English girolle mushrooms!
