Not sure if you mean I should say Christmas not Xmas or if your suggesting it wouldn’t make a great Gift for anyone interested in a good story along with some fantastic quips, tips, jokes, anecdotes and recipes for Charcuterie from Bacon to BLT to Wiltshire Lardy Cake! I’m sat reading it now and can’t help grinning from ear to ear!

Looks like a fantastic book, and might have some recipes in which differ a little from the usual recipe book. I will definately look into buying this for my dad this Christmas.
